GLUTEN-FREE ITALIAN COOKBOOK AUTHOR & RECIPE DEVELOPER

CYNTHIA DELIA CODDINGTON

Authentic Italian cooking, naturally gluten-free traditions, and thoughtfully adapted classics

Bringing everyone back to the table

I grew up in an Italian family where the table was everything: food, laughter, love, and connection. Years later, when I had to eliminate gluten from my diet, I was determined not to lose that part of my family heritage.

What began as a personal journey became something more: co-authoring with Josephine Provenzano Hoppe the award-winning Senza Glutine: Timeless Italian Dishes for the Gluten Free Palate.

Today, my work celebrates the abundance of gluten-free Italian cooking, from regional dishes that have always been naturally gluten-free to beloved classics thoughtfully adapted without losing the flavors and traditions that make them Italian.

My mission is simple: to bring everyone back to the table.

Gluten-free Italian cooking begins with tradition, not restriction.
